This policy describes how Kcolours handles business contact information and information accessed while providing marketplace and related operational services.
2. Information We Process
Depending on the service scope, we may process business contact details, product information, catalog data, account-operational information and documents provided directly by authorized clients. We do not publicly sell or disclose client information.
3. Amazon Information
Access to Amazon information is limited to authorized personnel and is used only for the approved service scope. Kcolours applies role-based access practices, multi-factor authentication where supported, password controls and prompt access removal when responsibilities change.
4. Personally Identifiable Information
Kcolours does not intentionally retain Amazon customer personally identifiable information outside the systems required to perform approved operational tasks. Where temporary access is required, such information is handled only for the relevant operational purpose and is not used for marketing.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical controls, including restricted internal access, protected business devices, account authentication controls, credential management practices and incident-response procedures appropriate to our operations.
6. Incident Response
If a security incident involving Amazon information is detected or reasonably suspected, Kcolours will investigate, contain unauthorized access, preserve relevant evidence, remediate affected credentials or systems and notify Amazon as required by applicable Amazon policies.
7. Third Parties
Core Amazon account-management and compliance coordination services are performed directly by Kcolours' internal team. We do not disclose Amazon information to unrelated third parties except where required by law or explicitly authorized for a necessary business purpose.
